Gwen Alyssa Gaydos is a Los Angeles-based sound healer, Reiki Master, meditation teacher, author, and former pharmacist whose work bridges neuroscience-informed wellness practices with integrative mind-body healing.

Drawing from her background in western medicine and holistic health, Gwen integrates immersive sound healing journeys, guided meditation, and transformational coaching to help individuals reset their nervous systems, reduce stress, and reconnect with clarity, balance, and purpose.

She leads immersive sound experiences for corporate and private clients, and curates high-touch, bespoke offerings for luxury hotels, spas, and retreat destinations.
