1:1 Advisory with Millana Snow
Welcome. I am so excited to work with you.
This is your onboarding. Some questions you will type, and the deep ones you get to speak, right here in this document. Take your time, and feel free to do this in a few sittings. Your answers save on this device as you go. Pour yourself something warm. There are no wrong answers, and there is no rushing this.
For the recordings, please talk to me the way you would on our calls. Please don't script it, and please don't redo it because you rambled. The rambling is often where the truth is.
On a phone: if this opens in a small preview window, please use the share icon and choose Open in Safari or Open in Chrome so everything works. While you are recording, please keep this page open rather than switching apps.
Part One
Arriving
Before any facts and figures, let's arrive. Take a breath. There is nothing to get right here.
One or two sentences, in your own words. Not a goal, an intention. It can change. I just want your starting prayer, and I want it on record for the moments when you need to remember why you began.
Your work, your practice, your projects. A few sentences is plenty. We will get to the numbers later, once I know who I am talking to.
In your life and in your work. Building, resting, grieving, expanding, beginning again? Just feel into it and name it however it comes.
A move, a job change, a relationship shifting, a loop you are trying to close. Name it in a sentence or two. We will go deeper in your recordings.
Part Two
Where You Are and What You Want
Read these, then press record and answer them in one voice note, 5 to 10 minutes. You can pause between questions. Please don't worry about sounding polished. Just talk to me.
- What does your life actually feel like right now? Where do you feel aligned, and where does it feel like you are living someone else's schedule?
- How is your body? Energy, sleep, movement, food. What has your body been telling you that your mind keeps overriding?
- What is your vision for your life in 1 to 2 years? Not what is realistic. What you actually want. The day, the income, the lifestyle, the feeling.
- Is there something you know you are meant to do, create, or share with the world, even if you have no idea how?
- What are your non-negotiables, the things that must be protected in the life you are building?
Your voice note
Press the button to start, press it again to stop. You can listen back and re-record if you truly need to.

Part Three
Your Inner World
This one is the deep stuff. Please take your time with it. This is where the real work begins. 5 to 10 minutes.
- What does the voice in your head say to you on a normal day? When you make a mistake, when you do something well. Give me its actual lines if you can, and tell me whose voice it sounds like.
- Who have you been? Name two or three versions of yourself from different eras or roles. What did each one know how to do, and what did each one cost you? Is there one you are afraid to let go of? Is a new one trying to come through?
- What are you most afraid of when you think about building this life?
- What patterns keep stopping you from following through? Perfectionism, procrastination, people-pleasing, over-giving, staying small. Which one is your signature move?
- What did you inherit? What did your family teach you about money, work, criticism, love, and being seen? Are there patterns you sense you were born into this family to end?
- Is there anyone you keep trying to save, and what has it cost you?

Part Four
Your Business and Money
First, please type me the facts. Short answers are fine, and please leave blank whatever does not apply. If you are starting from scratch, that is completely fine.
List it all, even if it feels messy or all over the place.
A note before the numbers. Your business and you are two different bodies, with two different bank accounts and two different truths. What the business brings in is one number. What you actually pay yourself out of it is another. Most people blur these, and the blur hides what is really happening in both. So I am going to ask about them separately, and a rough answer to each is perfect.
Everything the business brought in, before anything came out of it.
One to one work, retainers, group programs, courses, retreats, events, products, corporate work, licensing, affiliate, anything. Even a rough split helps me see how the business actually makes its money.
From the business, from a job, from anywhere. This is your number, separate from the business's number. If it changes month to month, give me the honest range.
Savings, financial support, a runway? Be honest, it changes how we plan.
Self-funded, savings, revenue only, a loan, family money, investors? Any investment in the business, or any business debt? Is there money set aside to build with, or does everything need to pay for itself as we go?
Roughly how many, who they are, and where they came from: referrals, social, events, past work.
Are you a solopreneur, do you have a business partner, or are you the head of a team? Name the people and roles: partners, managers, assistants, contractors, a VA, an editor, anyone. If it is just you, say so, that is a real answer.
The people around your work: an audience, an email list, a membership, a training community, collaborators, peers. How big is it, how alive is it, and how connected do you feel to it?
Website platform, email tool, booking tool, payment processor, anything.
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, podcast, press, anywhere you have been featured.
Then record the inside of the money, 5 to 10 minutes. If it runs long, that is welcome information.
- Which of your offers feels most like you? Is there one you secretly resent, or feel like a fraud delivering?
- What happens in your body when you say your prices out loud? Where does money get weird for you: charging, receiving, spending, saving?
- How do you feel about how the business makes its money right now? Is there a stream you wish was bigger, one you wish you could drop, or one you dream of adding?
- What is the story you tell yourself when someone says no? And when someone says yes?
- What is your relationship with the admin side: paperwork, legal, taxes, insurance? What happens in you when it comes up?

Part Five
Being Seen and Your People
5 to 10 minutes on visibility, your brand, and the people around the work.
- How do you feel about being seen right now? What content felt true, and what felt like performing? Is there a part of you that believes being visible is dangerous?
- Does your current brand feel like you, or like a costume? If you showed up fully yourself in public, what would change, and who are you afraid would have an opinion?
- If you have a business partner or a team, how is it really going? Where do you feel supported, where do you feel alone in it, and is there anything you have been avoiding saying to someone? If you are a solopreneur, how does doing this alone feel, and what would you hand off first if you could?
- Who is your dream client? Describe the person you most want to attract and work with.

Part Six
Practice, Spirit, and This Mentorship
Last recording. 5 to 10 minutes.
- Do you have a spiritual or contemplative practice, and what does it look like in a real week?
- Tell me about a time you received a clear knowing or download that turned out to be right. How much do you trust that channel now?
- What have you done in altered states before: breathwork, plant medicine, hypnosis, somatic work? What opened, and what was hard to integrate?
- What are the top 3 things you want to walk away with from our work together?
- What does success look like? How will you know it worked?
- Why now? What made you say yes to this? I want this on record for the moments when things get hard and you need to remember why you started.

Part Seven
How to Support You
Help me be the best mentor I can be for you.
Think of a time support actually landed, and a time it missed.
Be honest because I will give you whichever you need.
Conditions, medications, pregnancy, past experiences with altered states, current therapy. Nothing is off limits and nothing will disqualify you. I just want to hold the space well.
Please paste links here to anything that lives online: your website, social posts you are proud of, press, folders of photos. Google Drive and Dropbox links are fine.
Add anything you have on this device: photos, logos, brand guidelines, your bio, PDFs. They will be packed into the file you send me at the end. Please keep each one under about 10MB, and add them in the same sitting you press download, since files do not save between visits. For anything huge, a link above is perfect.
Part Eight
Our Agreement
This mentorship is a committed relationship, and it unfolds in chapters. As we near the close of each chapter, we will have a check-in to reflect on the work, celebrate what we have built, and decide together how we continue.
I understand that much of the early work will be inner work, and that the business we build will grow out of it. I understand that I am committing to show up, do the work, be honest, and invest fully in myself and what I am building. I understand that the subconscious and breathwork components of this mentorship are powerful but are not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
