Last year I started a daily gratitude practice and within DAYS people and opportunities were LITERALLY chasing me down the street to the point that it was overwhelming! Money was pouring in, love seemed to follow me every where went and everything was just so fun and interesting! Even with all the amazing things that happened, I slowly got lazy and stopped doing the work every day. After a few months, I knew it was time to return to the practices. But this time, to switch it up I knew that I needed the power of group synergy to amp it up even more!
Fast forward to December 2013, when I started the GetTHANKFUL course. My sister was facing a life threatening surgery that I couldn’t be there for, I had just broken up with a guy that I really liked and I was being forced to move out of my apartment unexpectedly… Let’s just say that I NEEDED something to keep me from going over the edge. Enter #GetTHANKFUL- I can honestly say after months of doing the practices my whole life has turned around! My sweet sister is almost fully recovered, I live with my amazing boyfriend, SERENE has launched in London and LA and everything is new, challenging and full of possibilities!

Each weekly call will be held live online here on SERENEsocial.com and will include a recap on the past weeks work, guidence and refining of individual affirmations as well as a full lesson of insight and information from our amazingly powerful guest teachers!
